Board of Directors Working Group, with the valuable participation of International Corporate Secretaries Association (ICSA) held a working group meeting on 11 March 2015. After the meeting in which international developments regarding corporate secretary were discussed, ICSA Group CEO Mike Evans has shared an article “The use of technology in executing efficient corporate governance, and its impact – positive and negative” specific to TKYD to be published in the 27th issue of the Corporate Governance Magazine.
