G20/OECD Corporate Governance Forum; hosted by Capital Markets Board of Turkey and in partnership with Boğaziçi University and Corporate Governance Association of Turkey will be held on April 10, 2015 at Park Bosphorus Hotel İstanbul, Turkey.

Opening speeches will be given by Vahdettin Ertaş, CMB Chairman; Angel Gurria, OECD Secretary-General and Ali Babacan, Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey. More than 100 valuable participants, who has their own expertise in their fields, such as Marcello Bianchi (OECD Corporate Governance Committee, Chairman), Gabriela Ramos (G20 Sherpa and Chief of Staff, OECD), David Weild (Chairman and CEO of IssuWorks; former Vice Chair, Nasdaq Stock Market) and Leonardo P. Gomes Pereira (Executive Chairman, Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM)) will gather in the meeting.

As a closed meeting, “G20/OECD Corporate Governance Forum” will represent a significant event in the framework of G20 where OECD Corporate Governance Principles will be discussed.
