An international stocktaking of Corporate Governance Codes compiled by OECD

The OECD compiled an international stocktaking of corporate governance codes applying specifically to state-owned enterprises.

The draft report already includes codes from 33 countries (including 3 countries from the region) and a preliminary assessment of their basic position in relation to the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises. The final report will be shared and distributed more widely once finalized.
