The meeting was part of the ecoDa’s and Forum’s strategy to develop state-of-art and innovative knowledge tools. Jointly with ecoDa, the Forum organised a working group meeting focusing on the current EU corporate governance issues. The discussions and short presentations have served as a basis of developing a publication which highlights the EU corporate governance essentials that EU candidate and potential candidate countries, as well as countries seeking to increase trade with EU members or attract investors, should take into account. The working meeting gathered about 20 practitioners and experts from EU member and candidate member states involved in EU corporate governance issues and debate. TKYD was one of the guest speakers.
