Manager of Administrative and Financial Affairs

İlker Şellik, born in 1976, has developed deep expertise in finance, accounting, and financial management over the course of an approximately 30-year professional career. He has extensive experience particularly in the logistics, tourism, retail, and event organization sectors, with strong competencies in financial statement management, tax legislation, cash flow analysis, and personnel payroll and HR processes. He holds bachelor’s degrees in both Business Administration and International Trade and Logistics from Anadolu University, and further strengthened his academic background with a Human Resources Management certificate from Aydın University.

Between July 2020 and April 2025, İlker Şellik served as Finance Manager at Anitaş Lojistik Hizmetleri A.Ş. In this role, he was responsible for the preparation of core financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and budgets, as well as the management of all tax-related processes and period-end closing procedures. He also oversaw e-invoicing and e-ledger processes, supervised SGK (Social Security Institution) declarations, and managed personnel payroll and employee records. Prior to this, between 2019 and 2020, he worked as Accounting Manager at D Event Turizm Organizasyon, where he conducted critical financial operations including the preparation of project-based profit and loss statements, tax forecasting studies, and trial balance controls.

During the development phase of his career, he held long-term responsibilities as Assistant Accounting Manager at well-established corporate companies such as Teksüt Gıda (2015–2018) and Figür Turizm (2007–2015). In these positions, he led the approval processes of VAT, Withholding Tax, Provisional Tax, and Corporate Tax returns, and ensured effective coordination among departments such as warehouse, logistics, and accounting. In earlier years, he worked as Accounting Supervisor at businesses including Mim Hotel and Club İrem Tur, where he specialized in hospitality-specific cost analysis, inventory tracking, and procurement processes.

İlker Şellik began his education with an associate degree in Tourism and Hotel Management at Istanbul University and subsequently successfully completed two separate bachelor’s degree programs at Anadolu University. He has an intermediate level of proficiency in English.
