Evren works as a Partner for PwC Turkey, within Risk Assurance Services (RAS) department and is leading internal audit corporate governance services. Evren has a deep experience in corporate governance, management structuring, internal control, internal audit and risk management for 27 years. For the last 10 years, she has been supporting family businesses. She has extensive experience in both business processes and Information Technology risks and controls. She has also provided consultancy services in many sectors including consumer products and retail sector. She is Also Leading ESG Platform in Turkey.
She is an audit comittee member for Turkish Corporate Governance Association as well as a member of TIDE ( Turkish Institute of Internal Auditing).
Evren is a graduate from Middle East Technical University, Department of Business Administration and speaks English. She holds certifications of CFE, SMMM and CRMA.
