Duygu Gültekin graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law in 2007 and started her career at Esin Attorney Partnership. She is currently a corporate partner at Esin Attorney Partnership where she leads the Corporate Law and Corporate Maintenance Team.
She has been advising multinational and local entities including joint stock and limited liability companies, branches, liaison offices, associations and foundations for more than 17 years with respect to their corporate governance starting from the establishment. She has extensive knowledge and experience in restructuring, spin-offs, mergers, conversions, liquidations, asset and share transfers. In this context, Duygu Gültekin has led wide range of global restructuring projects involving Turkish subsidiaries of multinational companies.
She has also special expertise in the institutionalization process and corporate governance of large family-owned companies in Türkiye, preparation and management of family constitutions and shareholder agreements as well as dispute resolution between shareholders.
Duygu Gültekin, who is involved in various social responsibility platforms, is also one of the founders and co-leaders of EsinWomen Committee. The goal of EsinWomen Committee is to provide women with equal opportunities with men in leadership positions and to proactively promote gender equality.
