At TKYD, our objective is to support the formation of strong boards that embrace corporate governance principles, anticipate risks, and convert them into opportunities.

Since its launch in 2021, the Board Membership Development Program, held twice annually, has graduated over 200 participants, creating one of Turkey’s most robust professional networks in the field of corporate governance.

Certification

 Certificate: Participants who achieve at least 80% attendance and pass the final assessment will receive a “Certificate of Completion” endorsed by Sabancı University Corporate Governance Forum and TKYD.
 On-Site Participation: Case studies and simulations will be conducted in person, and participation in these simulations is mandatory for certification.
