Duygu Yılmaz graduated from the Business Administration Faculty of Boğaziçi University in 1998. She started her career in the same year at the Turkey office of PriceWaterhouse-Coopers (PwC).
Between 2005 and 2008, Yılmaz served as a Group Manager in the Financial Planning and Financial Affairs Department at Yapı Kredi Bank. In 2008, she began working as the Internal Audit Coordinator at Sütaş Group, where she has been serving as the Audit Manager and Board Member since 2011. Mrs. Yılmaz also holds the positions of Chairperson of the Sustainability Committee and Member of the Corporate Governance Committee at Sütaş Group.
Additionally, Duygu Yılmaz holds the position of Vice President at both the Business Council for Sustainable Development of Turkey (SKD) and the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD).
