Müge Engin is a seasoned professional with 11 years of extensive experience in the education sector, distinguished by her specialized expertise. Residing in Istanbul/Fatih, Engin completed her undergraduate education in Public Relations and Advertising and is currently pursuing a degree in Photography and Cinematography at Anadolu University.
Embarking on her career as a Call Center Specialist at Bilge Adam Academy, Müge Engin garnered attention for her success in effectively conveying and facilitating the sales of both corporate and individual training programs. Throughout this period, she exhibited a keen sensitivity in handling call reports, attentively listening to student feedback, and resolving issues.
Subsequently, at Wissen Academy, as an Education Solutions Specialist, Engin delved deep into areas such as education planning, customer experience, complaint management, and education sales. In collaborations with Istanbul Technical University and Bahçeşehir University, she successfully managed the operational processes of the education programs within her responsibilities.
Later, in her role as Education Planning Manager at Mindset Institute, Müge Engin led her team in overseeing projects from inception to completion, maintaining continuous interaction with participants to enhance customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, she assumed various roles within the company to contribute to new projects.
