Chairman of the Board of Directors at Denizli Chamber of Industry

Selim Kasapoğlu was born in Denizli in 1977 and completed his high school education at Denizli High School. He graduated from İstanbul University Faculty of Business Administration in 1998 and pursued further studies in Business Management at Boston University. Commencing his professional journey in 2001, he joined Aslıteks as a 3rd generation family member. Currently, he holds the position of Board Member and Chief Executive Officer at Aslıteks, overseeing investments in textiles, agriculture, real estate, and informatics.

Throughout his career, he has actively participated in various non-governmental organizations, assuming leadership roles. He served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at DEGİAD and played a pivotal role in the Denizli structuring of TOBB Young Entrepreneurs Board, where he served as Vice President. Additionally, he served two terms as Chairman of the Board of Directors of BASİAD. Having served in various positions at Denizli Chamber of Industry, Kasapoğlu currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Denizli Chamber of Industry.

In addition to his leadership roles in industry-related organizations, he holds memberships in prominent national committees. He is a member of the Industrial Council of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), the TOBB General Administrative Board, the High Coordination Board of the Organized Industrial Zones Supreme Organization (OSBÜK), and the Board of Directors of the ICC Türkiye National Committee.

Proficient in English, Kasapoğlu is married and has two children.
