Business Development and Member Relations Manager
Gözde Tunçkılıç is a professional with extensive experience in marketing, brand management, and business development. Born in 1987 in Kocaeli, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Bilkent University and has completed further studies in Marketing Communications at the London College of International Business School.
She began her career in her family business, gaining comprehensive experience in developing sales strategies, brand positioning, and planning advertising and promotional activities. She later worked as Product / Brand Manager at Te-Ha Group, where she managed product, budget, and marketing processes in the Turkish market for numerous international brands, including Montblanc, Jimmy Choo, Lacoste, Ferragamo, Moncler, and Van Cleef & Arpels. During this period, she led projects aimed at increasing sales performance and brand visibility through close collaboration with retail chains and was also responsible for managing large field teams.
Continuing her professional career in the field of civil society and corporate governance, Gözde Tunçkılıç currently serves as Business Development and Member Relations Manager at the Turkish Corporate Governance Association (TKYD). In this role, she is responsible for member relations management, corporate membership processes, sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and event-based business development initiatives. She plays an active role in the planning and execution of national and international summits, training programs, and member engagement events, as well as in strengthening stakeholder relations.
With expertise in business development, brand and marketing communications, member relations, strategic planning, and stakeholder management, Gözde Tunçkılıç continues her career at TKYD, contributing to the promotion and dissemination of corporate governance culture.
